Stanislas David:
A Chef with a Worldly Heart
Born in Angers, in the heart of France, Stanislas David
spent most of his youth in Africa—a land where flavors,
cultures, and colors intertwine to create a truly unique
culinary tapestry. The duality of his upbringing—
France’s refined elegance blended with South Africa’s
vibrant diversity—shaped his culinary vision, merging
tradition with innovation.

At the age of 15, young Stanislas returned to France,
bringing with him a rich cultural heritage, a deep
passion for cooking, and an unyielding desire to perfect
his craft. His journey, however, didn’t stop there. It
took him from the Michelin-starred kitchens of France to
the sun-drenched shores of Martinique, the bustling
vibrance of England, and eventually to Stockholm,
Sweden.

In France, he had the privilege of working alongside
culinary legends like Marc Veyrat, Paul Bocuse, and
Georges Blanc. His Swedish adventure saw him leading
Restaurant Balzac and working at Tennstopet, while also
playing a key role in the creation of the fine-dining
establishment, Persona and also co-created the new
concept Subculture.

Everywhere he has been, Stanislas has left his mark—
whether as a head chef, sous chef, or consultant—working
in Michelin-starred establishments, collaborating with
renowned chefs, and helping restaurants achieve
excellence.
​
Now residing in Stockholm, Stanislas is eager to share
his expertise, craftsmanship, and rich cultural
background. For him, cooking is more than just preparing
a meal—it’s an intimate art form, a labor of love.
He finds special joy in crafting memorable dining
experiences for special occasions, creating moments that
go beyond taste: a celebration of the senses and a
journey through cultures.

Olivia:
The Italian Soul with a French Heart
Born in France, Olivia grew up immersed in the flavors of
Italy, thanks to her mother, a passionate cook devoted to
Italian cuisine. Family recipes, lovingly passed down and
perfected, instilled in Olivia not just a love for high-
quality ingredients but an enduring passion for the
culinary arts.

For Olivia, cooking has never been a mere necessity—it’s a
way of telling stories and creating memories.
Unsurprisingly, her specialty is Italian cuisine. From
creamy lasagnas to delicate pasta al vongole, she masters
the art of authentic Italian dishes, always adding her
personal touch to elevate each creation.
As both a partner in the kitchen and in life with
Stanislas, Olivia perfectly complements his global
culinary style. Together, they fuse their ideas,
techniques, and traditions to craft innovative and
unforgettable dishes.

But Olivia’s talents extend beyond the kitchen. She is a
skilled sommelier, specializing in red wines. With her
deep and precise knowledge of grape varieties, she has an
innate ability to pair the perfect wine with every dish.
Additionally, Olivia has completed advanced training as a
tea sommelier. Her passion for this ancient beverage
allows her to expertly match teas with various dishes,
creating a fully rounded gastronomic experience.

On top of all this, Olivia is a project developer that
developped many concept and Maison Netjer. She is the face
of client relations, managing communications and shaping
the brand’s identity. She ensures that every experience is
not just delicious but also personal and unforgettable.
Every dish she prepares and every interaction she has
reflects her dedication and love for her craft. With her
warmth and charm, Olivia adds a special touch to every
event, ensuring that each guest feels cared for and
uniquely valued.
